2. How we collect information about you

   We are able to collect information about you through the following methods:

   1. We may collect information about you from your completion of our on-line forms or from any email you send to us.
   2. We may collect information about you from any content that you post on this website.
   3. We do analyse traffic on the site, but not in a way that identifies any individual visitor.

3. Cookies

4. How we use your information

   1. Your information will be stored on our web server & other servers, mailing list, business system, etc. and we will keep our own backup copy. We may also store your information on paper or electronic format at our offices.

We will keep your information secure by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures against its unauthorised or unlawful processing and against its accidental loss, destruction or damage. However you will be responsible for any password or other identifiers that we have provided to you for your use in respect of the web site.
   3. Personal data stored for any purpose will not be stored for longer than necessary to fully execute and service that purpose. In such cases the period of retention will be calculated based on any legal obligations or appropriate time determined in order to fully service the contract that will be reflected in our data retention policy.

6. With whom we may share your data?

   1. You have the right to rectify any errors in information we hold about you and to change or correct any details you have already given us. Please inform us about changes to your details so that we can keep our records up to date.
   2. You have the right to request we erase personal information we hold at any time by contacting us, so long as it does not conflict with our need to comply with other legal obligations or establish, defend or execute legal claims.
   3. You have a right to see a copy of the information we hold about you. Before we agree to this, you must provide us with sufficient evidence of your identity and sufficient details of the information you wish to see to enable us to locate it. The first copy will be provided free of charge, but additional copies may be subject to a reasonable fee.
   4. You have a right to restrict our processing of your personal data whilst any dispute is resolved.
   5. You have the right to data portability, we will provide your data to you in a commonly used electronic file format.
   6. You have the right to object to use of your personal data for direct marketing, a means to "unsubscribe" is provided to make this easy on communications.

8. Transfers outside Europe

   Where it is necessary to share personal data with organsiations outside of the EEA, for performance of contract or legitimate interests, we ensure that adequate safeguards, in line with the GDPR requirements are in place.

9. Complaints

   If we are unable to resolve an issue regarding our processing of your personal data, you have a right make a complaint with the appropriate EU supervisory body for data protection in your contry of residence or in country where infringment took place.
