These Lande ES462 Series rack cabinets are IP30 style, floor-standing, 19 inch, steel-framed racks. Available as standard in black with three depth options, they are supplied fully assembled with easily removable front/rear doors and side panels.
Following the basic design of the “Lande ES362 series floor standing cabinets”, this range has been designed specifically for Canford with the IP30 standard in mind.
Note: The IP30 standard requires protection against solid objects greater than 2.5mm in diameter entering the cabinet.
Based on this specification the main design differences between the ES362 and ES462 series are; a reduction in the width of the vents to 2mm, a reduction in the space between the cabinet and top cover, the sealing of manufacturing holes in the base, the fixture of ‘L’ brackets on the top and bottom of the front door and finally the addition of thin vents on the side panels to aid airflow.
