A range of extremely rugged TAC (tactical) fibre cables designed specifically for the most demanding of indoor and outdoor applications including outside broadcast, touring, sporting venues and stadiums.
Tight buffered construction exhibiting excellent impact and crush resistance. A PUR jacket offers flexibility as well as abrasion and chemical resistance, beneath the jacket is a swellable yarn which expands if it comes into contact with water and seals minor cuts or punctures. This compact round cable is easily reeled and has a low shape memory. Available with 4, 6, 8, 12, or 24 cores. These multimode versions have a 50/125 OM4 core optimised for 850nm and 1300nm suitable for transmission rates up to 10Gbit/s.
