The RODELink digital wireless system is compact, lightweight, and durable, and suited to a wide range of applications including ENG and EFP used with compatible handheld camcorders and DSLRs.
The hardware utilises 2.4GHz digital transmission with 128-bit encryption and through constant monitoring can switch between frequencies to retain the strongest RF signal available. In optimum conditions the system can operate up to 100m.
System performance:
Dynamic range: 112dB. Range: 100m, in optimal environments. Frequency response: 35Hz-22kHz. Maximum output level: 1V RMS. Maximum input signal level: 1V RMS. Maximum latency: 4ms.
These wireless products operate on the license-exempt 2.4GHz frequency band.

Powered by 2x AA alkaline batteries or via a micro USB input (when connected to compatible equipment), it has an internal antenna. A bright OLED display shows the level, battery status for both transmitter and receiver, mute and channel selection status. The display is positioned on the rear of the receiver and is therefore easily visible to camera operators. The 3-pole, 3.5mm jack output is wired dual mono with an output impedance of 300ohms. Dimensions: 52 x 65 x 111(HxWxD) mm. Weight: 190g.
TX-M2 Transmitter - Handheld
abgekündigt
A handheld transmitter with Rode’s M2 condenser capsule. The super-cardioid capsule has a frequency response of 35Hz to 20kHz with a dynamic range of 118dB and a maximum input signal level of 140dB SPL. The microphone can be powered for up to 10 hours by a single 4.2v LB1 lithium battery which can be recharged in situ using the included Micro USB cable, or powered up to 6 hours using 2x AA batteries. A mute switch located on the upper part of the microphone shaft allows the user to determine if audio is being transmitted when the power is on. Dimensions: 256 x 40 x 40 (HxWxD) mm. Weight: 222g.
Included accessories: ZP2 zippered pouch, Micro USB cable, LB1 rechargeable Lithium battery, mic clip.
TX-BELT Transmitter - Belt pack
abgekündigt
This compact wireless belt pack transmitter with internal antenna, is designed to work with a compatible lapel microphone terminating in 3-pole, 3.5mm jack plug. The top of the transmitter houses the 3-pole 3.5mm locking jack socket which provides the audio input, the power on/off/mute button and LED display to show the operating channel. The rear side of the transmitter has a sliding panel that gives access to insert 2x AA alkaline battery cells as well as a switch to adjust input gain from 0dB, +10dB or +20dB. A small button, also located behind the rear panel, allows pairing to a receiver. A micro USB input is located on the side of the unit. It is used for continuous power when connected to a compatible camera. Dimensions: 111 x 65 x 40 (HxWxD) mm. Weight: 190g.
TX-XLR Transmitter - Plug-on
abgekündigt
This model has a 3-pin female XLR connector to connect to the Rode Reporter or other compatible microphones. Input impedance for the XLR input is 1k ohm. A 3-pole, 3.5mm jack socket offers an auxiliary input with an input impedance of 10k ohms. The transmitter has an internal antenna; it can be powered via 2x AA alkaline battery cells, Micro USB for continuous power, or compatible rechargeable Sony NP-F battery. A sliding door on the front of the transmitter gives access to switch P48 Phantom power status and select input level selected. A display above it shows the relevant settings and selected channel number. Dimensions: 120 x 45 x 45 (HxWxD) mm. Weight: 222g.
Suitable for use for speech, the Reporter microphone offers flexibility of use in broadcast recording and live interviews, in the studio or on location. The Reporter microphone can be used with the TX-XLR plug-on transmitter to form an alternative handheld transmitter to the TX-M2.
It has an omni directional pick-up pattern from a dynamic capsule mounted in a long, well-balanced shaft. Frequency response is 70Hz to 15kHz, with a slight boost between 5-10kHz that is 'tailored for voice', and suitable for interviews. The 'durable' but lightweight, die-cast aluminium body hosts an internally shock-mounted capsule to reduce handling noise; it is coated with a matte black, anti-glare finish for more discreet use. The omni directional pickup pattern is designed to give a 'smooth, even' pick-up from any direction; a custom internal screen is fitted to help reject vocal plosives and reduce any unwanted wind noise. The output connection is 3-pin XLR.
Frequency response: 70Hz - 15kHz. Output impedance: 150ohms +30%, at 1kHz. Sensitivity: -56dB re 1V/Pa, +/-3dB at 1kHz. Weight: 256g (without microphone flag), 286g (with flag). Dimensions: 41.5 x 272.5 (DxL) mm.
