IDX Endura system Lithium-Ion batteries are supported by a choice of six chargers, charging a maximum of one, two or four batteries. Sequential chargers differ from simultaneous types by giving the early availability of a fully-charged battery pack, to minimise downtime of equipment. Simultaneous chargers charge all batteries at the same time, under individual control, and are thus larger and heavier, since they are capable of providing more charge current. All multi-channel types feature the ability to charge IDX NP-style batteries of Li-Ion, NiCd and Ni-MH chemistry, using the optional IDX A-E2NP battery adapter. All types operate on a power source of 100 to 240V AC, 50 or 60Hz, auto sensing.
