FEL 3.5DX STEREO MICROPHONE PRE-AMPLIFIER

3.5 Series

This range of miniature in-line 20dB preamplifiers are for use with portable recorders and camcorders with 3.5mm microphone inputs. They offer extremely low noise performance, powered from 'plug in' (also known as 'electret') powering. The pre-amplifier is housed inside the microphone connector and needs no batteries.

They are designed to be used as close as possible to the microphone, enabling a reduced gain at the mixer or equipment input, often improving the overall signal to noise ratio. They will also raise the level of a low output microphone into a mixer or recorder that has inadequate gain. All models have a one metre cable, terminated with a 3.5mm 3-pole, right-angle jack plug.
