STS-K001L

Intended to sit on a counter, this has a microphone in the centre and speakers to either side. The all-in-one design makes it a 'robust system that is effortless to install'. Supplied boxed, complete with instructions, IL-AE99 induction loop aerial, PS-55-01-UK power supply unit and all components including induction loop aerial fixing kit, signage and mounting bracket.

STS-K060

STS-K060 has the same feature set as STS-K001L however is includes STS-B90 slimline bridge bar unit as opposed to STS-B80 bridge bar. The amplifier and hearing loop aerial are the same. Available in stainless steel only.

STS-B80

These items consists of cardioid microphone and 5W speaker on a bridge-bar style unit. Designed for the customer side, STS-B80 is popular in banks, post offices, kiosk, airports, and information centres. Available in grey as STS-B80-G, or black as STS-B80-B.

STS-K035

This window intercom system features individual speaker and microphone units for both customer and staff member facing sides. STS-K035 is a freestanding system that is designed to be mounted or placed onto a desktop surface. The amplifier can be mounted under the desktop surface.

This system is much like the STS-K002L, however in place of a combined gooseneck microphone and staff loudspeaker, separate loudspeaker and microphone units are provided.

STS-K058

This system consists of STS-A31 amplifier, STS-SU1-G freestanding staff loudspeaker, STS-S60 freestanding customer loudspeaker, IL-AE99 loop aerial, and STS-M14-BENT screen-mount microphone with bent stem. The system is designed to aid communication whereby glass is positioned between staff member and customer. The included hearing loop aerial provides assistance for hearing aid wearers.

STS-K061 - Overhead speaker with anti-vandal mic

STS-K061 has been designed to provide assistance for clear communication where normal speech is impaired by use of glass, a security screen or other similar barriers. The kit features a bent, vandal-proof, glass mounted microphone for the customer-facing side, along with a free standing staff microphone unit. There is also a hearing loop facility included with this system to provides additional assistance for hearing aid wearers with compatible devices.

STS-K062 - Dual overhead speakers with anti-vandal mic

STS-K062 is designed for installation where no customer facing counter is present. This kit includes a single anti-vandal microphone that can be mounted to a security screen. Like STS-K015-01, this kit includes a single gooseneck microphone with flexible neck to pick up the speech of the staff member. The hearing loop aerial is integrated into the supplied hearing loop sign.

STS-K064 - Overhead speaker with anti-vandal mic

Similar in design to STS-K062, STS-K064 includes a single overhead speaker, anti-vandal screen-mountable microphone, and speech transfer amplifier. The differences, other than the single speaker, is the staff loudspeaker and gooseneck microphone combination, and the under-counter loop aerial.

STS-A31H - Amplifier

Built in an ABS plastic case, with lugs to be screwed to the underside of the counter, the STS-A31H amplifier provides two channels of full open duplex communication, with a loop drive compliance bounded by 4V RMS and 3V RMS. The gain on each channel can be adjusted independently with volume controls. All connections are via two pin plugs. Microphone cable is screened, loudspeaker and induction loop are twin wires. STS-SJB-RJ - Breakout box

This breakout box has been designed to enable the use of headsets in place of the staff microphone/loudspeaker. This gives for a quieter environment in places such as ticket booths, service points or where multiple vendors are nearby. A push button allows for muting. STS-SJB-RJ has a single RJ11 connection for both headphone and microphone. Connection to STS-A31H amplifier is via 2-pin removable terminal-block connector ('Euroblock'). IL-RX20 - Loop Listener

The IL-RX20 Loop Listener is a compact listening device designed for use and interaction with hearing loop systems whereby an engineer can listen to the hearing loop system as though they were wearing a compatible hearing aid switched to the 'T' position. The two included alkaline AAA batteries will give more than 100 hours life; a rotary volume control doubles as on/off switch. An LED illuminates to signify power on.
