A range of portable digital audio interview recorders, manufactured in accordance with the requirements of recording interviews conducted under the Police and Criminal Evidence (PACE) Act code of practice “E”. For applications where interviews are to be conducted in diverse locations.
Fully portable design available in 1, 2 and 3 Disc models providing simultaneous and identical CD recordings to international standard format.
Each model comes with an internal rechargeable battery, providing power for recording when no mains is available, also avoiding the loss of data in the event of a mains power failure during recording, allowing the discs to be finalised and ejected.
Two microphones can be connected on the rear panel via 9-Pin D-SUB connectors, with control being provided by one touch buttons on the front panel for the record, stop and eject functions. Each recording channel can be monitored by dual LED level indicators, with other functions such as date, time, elapsed time, recorder mode and battery charge level shown via a high visibility LCD screen.
Recorders are supplied complete with an integral heavy duty carry case, universal power supply, two NEAL boundary layer microphones and NEAL CD-R's (quantity dependent on the number of CD drives on the model).
