These clips suit most lavalier microphones, as they grip the cable (0.8mm -2.5mm diameter range) rather than the microphone body. They are discreetly small, with a front part 25mm x 6mm, clip depth 12mm, all plastic, with serrated jaws. The cable grip rotates, so the clip can be used horizontally or vertically or at an angle. Colour black.
There are two styles - “high profile” where the cable grip point is 10mm from the inside face of the clip, and “low profile” where it is close to the clip surface. High profile clips accommodate cables 1.5mm - 2.5mm, low profile clips are available for two cable size ranges, 0.8mm - 1.5mm and 1.5mm - 2.5mm, featuring a dual aperture clip.
High profile clips have detachable cable grips, so dual designs can be used as single simply by detaching the second cable grip. They are supplied with spare cable grips, which snap into the main clamp body. The rear cable grip is also detachable so the clip can be used without this if required.
Low profile clips are available with single or dual front cable grips, with a single, dual or no rear cable grip. The front cable grips and single rear grips have an 'S' shape, which accommodates small cables in the top part of the 'S' and larger cables in the lower part. These features give great flexibility of use, with a single clip.
