Cardioid, hyper-cardioid and omni-directional microphones specifically developed for hand-held commentary and interview applications.

M58

Designed specifically for ENG use this omni-directional moving-coil microphone has a sophisticated internal shock-mount, dramatically reducing handling noise. The frequency response is designed to provide accurate audio reproduction with maximum intelligibility.

M59

High sensitivity dynamic directional ENG microphones, shock-isolated with a hyper-cardioid response for use in very noisy surroundings.

Included accessories: Four coloured rings which may be interchanged to indicate channel identity, MKV8 clamp.

MCE58

An omni-directional condenser microphone designed for news gathering, it features an extra-long barrel coated with non-reflective anthracite Nextel, for interview applications. Operating from an internal 1.5V battery it is suitable for portable DAT or MD recorders. Built-in windshield and shock mount ensure low handling and wind-noise.
