Groups Y and R
The centre conductor of the cable forms the centre pin of the connector. The ferrule must be crimped. Recommended cables are from the CX/CT series.
Groups H
The centre conductor enters a centre pin and this is crimped as well as the ferrule. Recommended cables are from the CX/CT series.
Required accessories: Crimp tool 55-834 is required to terminate these connectors to cable groups Y and R and crimp tool 55-836 is required for cable group H, see below. Standard tools, as used for BNC connectors with these cables, are not suitable.
75 ohms terminators (F male) are also available.
