This is a clear plastic extrusion, used to link adjacent fader knobs to enable the faders to be operated “ganged” as a pair. Often used for linking two mono channels to operate as a stereo pair, or to link left and right master outputs.
Fader bridges are, manufactured to Canford Audio’s own design and is suitable for use with the following knobs (and others of a similar profile):

The extrusion can readily be cut to specific lengths as required, but for operating convenience is also supplied pre-cut to suit most common mixer channel spacings. The length shown is the extrusion piece length.
