This robust unit is suitable for use with all cable drums and reels, from microphone cable to the largest multipair or camera cable.
It has a lightweight hybrid frame made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide and aluminum, with two full width galvanised steel rollers with maintenance-free sealed bearings. Positioning can be moved according to the size of drum, which allows the drum to rotate freely. It accepts drums from 150mm to 900mm diameter, and up to 520mm width. Maximum drum weight is 200kg.
For larger or heavier wooden or metal drums, two units are used, one per flange – this combination accepts drums of any width, and up to 400kg. Weight 8kg. Lockable wheels are available as an option.
