Standard series
Another form of re-usable cable tie, based on the well established ‘hook and loop’ materials. Ties have a centre closed section of hook and loop which can be opened out to pass over connectors, and then closed down onto the cable to help prevent it slipping along the length of the cable. As the ends of the closed section are welded, the tie cannot fall off a cable. At either end of the tie are tabs, one hook, one loop, which then can be fastened down over the cable bundle when coiled. Available in blue, in three sizes.
Riveted series
One end of this tie has four holes punched in it. It is wrapped around the cable, then the two halves of the non-releasable plastic rivet supplied are then closed together to lock the tie onto the cable, the selection of holes permits use on a wide range of cable diameters. The cable is then coiled or bundled, and the free end of the tie wrapped around, and fastened down onto itself. The advantage of this design is that it can be fitted onto all existing made-up cables, and cannot be removed without cutting, making it ideal for hire companies. Note: The maximum bundle diameter is reduced when fitted to larger diameter cables.
Overprinting
For orders of a minimum of 500 pieces (mixed types), your own logo can be printed at an extra cost, and a choice of fabric colours is available - check with sales staff for details. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of custom printed versions.
